Learning and Mental Disabilities

Does having a learning disability or a mental disorder affect your ability to dream? And if having a disability does how does it affect dreams?

very interesting question! ill ask my handicaped students tomorrow if they ever dream they can walk. If they can dream it their handicap doesnt change their dreams
