lucid nightmares

Postby artic65 » 03 Apr 2013 03:26

Im 12 years old and have reaserched lucid dreaming for a while. I learned diffrent techniques but the only thing stopping me from actually trying are lucid nightmares. I have heard that it takes just to think of a monster for it to become real, and that pain in lucid nightmares is awful. My worst fear are zombies. And I typically think things like: thank goodness zombies dont exist, and im afraid this will bring them to life in my dreams. help!!!

You shouldnt worry about this as keep in mind that it is only A DREAM and hence YOU have power over anything in it, its YOUR dream.. all you need to do is let go of your fear in the dream so you can control anything which scares you.

Do plan and think a bit in advance what you will do and how you will think if you encounter something like zombies in your LD so you wont then be at a loss on how to react and what to do. (whatever you do.. dont plan to run  .. it will have to be something to confront your fear).
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
