New to lucid dreaming, need help!

Postby Crowmobe » 17 Apr 2013 17:11

Hello, im pretty new to lucid dreaming and i have been reading a lot about it. i havent had any lucid dreams yet. i have been waking up at 3 AM and thought about having lucid dream. Here is my question: Do i need to wake up at 3 AM to have a lucid dream if i am new to lucid dreaming, is it good or bad for a beginner?
My dream recall is pretty good, i remember about 3 dreams every night and keep a dream journal.
Thanks!

no, you don't need to use this method. it's up to you which method you choose.

You are free to select your good method.

Me mine methode are: RC, Dream journal, WBTB, and sometime MILD.
I discovered Lucid Dream by watching the film Inception(2012)
Lucid Dream Count: 31+
Normal Dream Count: +∞
Objective: Make 30 Lucid-Dreams this year(2016).
