It is completely 100 percent real as waking life done to every last detail.

As soon as you become lucid, everything becomes "real as day" ;)

For me, comparing real life/lucid dream/remembering lucid dream:

100% real/90% real/I remember them as <50% real

I have had maybe two lucid dreams that feel 100% real, but even then they are 99% for me. I have yet to have a lucid dream that feels completely real.

LDs can feel completely real. The only difference to real life is you can make things happen in your dreams. The only part of my LDs which dont feel real is my own dream characters (but that isnt the case for everyone).. so I often ignore those but the scenery and the things you can do.. feel real.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself

It does vary but a few of my dreams have been almost scarily real, down to every single detail. It's impossible to describe until you have one yourself.
