I have be trying wild for some time now and i know im not doing some steps right i dont think anyways but i sleep for like 5-6 hours then i relax but i dont focus on my breathing due to i stay awake and never fell back asleep instead i pay attention to my thoughts is this good i usually get to sp from paying attention to my thought instead of ignore them and fall asleep but didnt lucid dream due to i always want to move my body during sp
