Hello I'm new

Postby yogithis » 02 Oct 2011 00:04

Hi my name's Michael,

Thanks Rebecca for the site, I find the forums fantastic and would ike to thank all of you for posting.

I've had loads of lucid dreams in my life without any effort. I'm now trying to have them all the time with no joy!
I'm finding many of the experiences I read familiar to my own experiences with meditation and trance states. I've been meditating for over 20 years and practice yoga and can now pretty much access different energy states at will in my waking life (just need to transfer that to my dream state!).

I've read quite a few of the posts on here regarding techniques to induce lucid dreaming and I'm using a few of them. I'm expecting to get the lucid dreaming sooner rather than later so I'll let you know how I get on.

Happy trails to you all
sat nam

Hello, and welcome, my friend. :D

Ah, a natural lucid dreamer? Cool.
Good luck with everything, and I hope you enjoy this forum as much as I do!

Happy dreams!

Thanks Mewie,

Appreciate the welcome.
I'm hoping to take control of a dream soon!!!!
I'll post when I finally do.

Happy dreams indeed
