Just wanted to say hi to all initially, this site is going to prove very usefull to me in my life and the kind of spiritual activity i am involved in which i will explain to you in greater detail later on many thanks for allowing me in.. look forward to exchanging lots of stuff with you all. thanks Rebecca for the site. colin.

Hey gooey, thanks for the welcome, lucid dreaming is for later, right now im looking for a method of quickly letting go of my conscious mind and slipping. into an altered state as deeply and quickly as possible.but not falling into sleep as such...
