Request for Compilation of All LD Inducing Techniques

Postby DreamWalker » 06 Apr 2014 16:33

Question is at the very bottom.
I've been thinking about trying to LD for about a year now, and I've finally began learning about it.
As with everything else there is a mass amount of information to take in, and I noticed that there are more than a few techniques used to aid inducing LD like WILD, and MILD.. Etc.
Well those are the only two I've read up on.

Can I get a list of all the techniques used to aid the induction if LD?
And which ones are most effective amongst beginners?
I will research and study them all
Thank you all for helping in advance.
I sincerely appreciate all help given.

I think WBTB is the best method.

there are also ADA that I'm starting now and FILD.

Thank you.
I will try the WBTB method tonight, with hope for some results.
I am anxious to have my first one, as the idea of an LD as a whole intrigues me.

The best method very much depends on the individual. So you really need to work out what way suits you.

I'm sure this pretty much solves it. Thank you everybody for your input. I think I'm finally ready to begin my journey now.
I tried the WBTB method combined with the MILD last night, and was unable to even remember my dream.
This happend to me the last 2 nights in a row.
Im not giving up, I actually see it as maybe I need to get more sleep, because i used to remember my dreams very vividly throughout the day as a younger teen.
