1. I say "Stop, focus, relax" while looking around in all directions.
2. I look at my hands (or paws) and say "Clarity now, increase lucidity." repeated if necessary.
3. Use all my senses at the same time.
I usually did the rubbing hands routine, I stopped thinking about stabilizing and start thinking that I just should calm down.
