I was thinking about what I was like as a kid and how I used to daydream more, and I realised that I used to daydream a lot while bouncing around on the trampoline. Its like driving your car while your mind is on something else, I would bounce around doing little flips and stuff and not be aware of my movements, while I would be somewher eelse entirely acting out some fantasy.
Can anyone else relate to this? I think movement actually helps your mind daydream better
