Researchers from the University of Sheffield are looking for participants to take part in a study on the link between lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis.

They said: "We’re especially interested in people’s experiences of lucid dreaming (being aware when dreaming) and sleep paralysis (waking up during sleep unable to move) – but you don’t have to experience either to take part."

The survey takes around 30-40 minutes to complete but doesn't need to be completed in a single session. To learn more and take part, visit: http://bit.ly/SleepExperiences

The study has been approved by the University of Sheffield ethics committee and all data will be stored confidentially.
