i got a simple answer for you it wont work right as you go to bed set a alarm at about 2 3 or 4 am whenever your rem sleep starts and wake up to the alarm try not to move a lot and avoid opening your eyelids (you can move to turn off the alarm) and stay relaxed and calm then if you got up to turn off the alarm get back into bed lay down relax don't move a muscle dont even move your eyes and close your eyes still not moving them and do the wild technique
