I've been trying LD for about 5-6 weeks now. My technique is dream logs, reality checks, reading about LD before going to sleep, and even waking up at around 3:00 and do a WBTB. I did have some few short LD, but I've either woke up or lost lucidity really fast. However, I haven't been able to have a LD for about two weeks and my dream recall is getting fuzzy. I love LD and it's a skill I've barely gotten used to, so I'm not ready to lose my touch. Any ideas of how I can strengthen my ability?
