Weird sleep paralysis?

Postby bluefrog75 » 30 Aug 2012 03:31

I woke up at 12 am, and I went to bed at nine. When I woke up I instantly realized that I couldn't move my lungs! I didn't move or even try to move because I was trying to breath. I started to panic when I felt like passing out. You know, that feeling when you stand up fast and everything turns black. In my state of panic soon after everything was black I could breath! I sat up and couldn't go back to sleep for a while which sucks because when the sun came up I had to go to school. I meditated for a while and drank some Neurosleep and eventually I fell back asleep.

It was a very interesting experience, so I thought I would share it.
Am I really all the things that are outside of me?

Were you truly awake?
It could be something serious like Sleep Apnea, but I just looked it up and apparently people who have trouble breathing in their sleep aren't even aware of it, so I don't think that's it.

I guess it was just the 'Old Hag' sitting on your chest.
We all have the wool pulled over our eyes, but turtleneck sweaters are so damn comfortable.
