Everyone goes through that. You have to pay more attention to focusing on lucid dreaming techniques that change the way you feel profoundly, so that your attachment to the mundane aspects of your dreams will begin to fade. Try to consider the fact that life is a dream, and think about what it would be like to wake up from that. Good luck!
