Ok, so ive been doing this for 3 months and got only a little bit with terrible DILD's. My mom doenst want me to do it so i have to seceretly. I also go through bipolar Deppresion and things like that. My way that i think might work is that i wake up, and try not to go to sleep by opening my eyes once in a whl until i hear noise. i just want some tips and ideas and help~
