I will try to look at my hands next lucid dream, but you made me think about my lucid dreaming body and honestly I haven't even been aware of having a body at all in lucid dreams, hope there is one :)!
You can make your own body if you want one. I personally enjoy watching the dream like a movie.

Sure I read about lucid dreams being real and all that and said to myself: Oh yeah sure they are, right right. I'm sure they feel as real as a dream can feel. Of course we know that dreams are not real, don't we? Turns out, as many lucid dreamers know, LDs are just as real as waking life. That's been my experience. This is difficult for me to accept, but so completely fantastic!

What's creepy is false awakenings ugh... those REALLY mess me up.

Good luck!

I think I'd rather leave my body in the bed since my lucid dreams don't come with one anyway. I have to make one if I want it and it doesn't look like I'm very good at it although my hand got much better the second time I looked at it. Maybe with some practice I could make one, but I love being able to use my hand as an RC. Who needs a body anyway?
