No Body at the start of WILD

Postby SaraM2261 » 11 Jul 2011 19:11

Hi everyone,
I have been successful at the WILD technique, but when I get lucid this way I have no body. So, I have discovered that at the beginning of all my dreams I am not in them at all. I am an invisible observer.

Has anyone experienced that before? Is there a technique for overcoming this??

Funny- Now when I do become lucid the first thing I do is look at my hands and body and make sure I'm all there!! :) So silly, but it does help a bit to make the dream solidify and stay lucid longer so maybe it is a blessing in disguise.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Sara,

Good for you! I hope to be able to offer my experiences with WILD soon. I too look at my hands and arms when I become fully lucid. I enjoy taking in the detail of the reality my mind created, which I think makes you appreciate the "art" of the physical reality as well.
