MILD

Postby MinecraftLucid » 22 Nov 2012 19:50

So, I just started this whole lucid thing, and I'm doing reality checks, dream journal, 10-20 minute daily meditation, and the MILD technique when I go to bed, as the website tells me to do, but I'm curious if there are similar but different techniques that a newbie, who have never experienced a Lucid dream before, can do. Or a different kind of MILD that you guys use or made. Thanks in advance!

Try the Wake Back To Bed method.

The WBTB is where you go to sleep for 5 - 6 hours then wake up and stay up for 20-60 minutes (I suggest 60 minutes). Then go back to bed doing the MILD technique. Optionally the WILD can be done as well for an even bigger chance of becoming lucid or just an extremely vivid dream!

This will give you a better detail description of WBTB.

Have fun!
