Question about CAT

Postby Guitar48300 » 16 Dec 2012 18:22

I read on the site about CAT and I'm gonna try it. But my weekend waking times are different than ones on the weekdays. So when I wake myself up early every day the first week(and every other day the next week) does it need to be the same time everyday or just subtract 90 minutes from whatever normal waking time is on that particular day?

Do whatever has the best out-come.
So try tweaking the times every time. Start with 90 minutes, if the results aren't the best do less time.
I do the WBTB variation of the CAT technique. Both are really good

Is that where you wake up 90 minutes early on a normal waking day and do 10 minutes of WBTB?
