I have some!!! well firstly, for some people, it takes a while. best thing to do is wake in the early early morning like at 3 or 4 am then ly on your back and just do your best to drift of with the least of awarness but just enough to be lucid. it will take a while. this is how i do it -> i first wake up at 2-3 am and try to go to sleep and once in a while i open on eye and close it. i continuously do this untill im so tired that i hear noises and stuff like that. thats when i drift off.
