Hi guys I finally getting better at hiting sp I count backwards from 99 and really sleep more then what i suppose to sleep im a teen i suppose to sleep 9 hours but sleep more then that on weekends anyway I hit sp more often and what i suppose to do? I sometimes stop counting and fall a sleep I dont see hypnagogia images so what to do or should I master sp and get use to it many Thx and replies thank you
