Sleep Paralysis

me and my have been studying lucid dreaming,although haven't mastered the art yet,but have had some weird dreams since the idea of lucid dreaming i recently dreamed about someone touching me in my sleep and it was so so realistic and as happens in sleep paralysis could not do anything about it,i was horrified to death as it occured for a few moments why do this happen? how to get rid of this?

I personally wouldnt worry about it. You could use it as an opportunity to pull you into another state be it dreaming or whatever. Try talking (as via thought) to the person or thing.
