First i was just in a normal dream i didn't knew i was dreaming and then i entered a room, i was a robot and i flied and then i just noticed it was a dream then i started flying in circles inside the room then i got too excited and everything started to went dark i spinned and rubbed my hands but it didn't worked and i woke up. It was middle of night so i tried to sleep and again i saw a lucid dream. It was the same room then it changed to old room but i was so small. Then i just walked a little bit and it went dark in seconds then i woke up and it was 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
So what you think?
This is a remarkable experience, isn't it?
Your lucid dream sounds awesome! Good work, you did many things right (dream spinning).
Keep trying, and you should have more lucid dreams.
Next time, try the dream chaining technique:
1- dream spin when you feel your dream fading
2- remain completely still with eyes closed
3- concentrate on leaving your body
(Imagine a separate dream body, and focus on rolling or floating into this body)
This technique can multiply your lucid dreaming frequency by a factor of five.
Good luck, I can answer any questions you have about lucid dreaming, .
