I actually forgot to include this when I told about my routine in the off-topic section. sorry about that. Yes,I'm positive adding this technique will aid you. (If you're doing WBTB though,it'd be better to do it once you're going to return to bed in the middle of the routine,rather than when you're first going to bed. That's what I do.)
