How can i make a dream journal ? i do not have dream every day.

Some days you can write "No record" or something to show you didn't have one

I only lucid dreamed for 5 minutes

I went in my mom's room and, I lucid dreamed for the first time almost :/ :D
Well anyway......I almost had it I had rapid eye movement and, some SP so.....i guess that counts :D

Okay I know I was dreaming this morning I was in some place with girls.
Like the mcdonalds playhouse (I WAS A GIRL :D) , we went down a slide.
(I knew I was dreaming) Then I woke up
But, for some reason I couldn't control my dream :?

Its scary for those who do not know what it is, waking up and not being able to move without knowing why is pretty traumatic, I never understood why people who know what is is are afraid of it though.
