Reading before bed.

Postby Armstrong » 08 Jul 2011 03:32

I have a question. Does reading a book on an electronic device before bed inhibit your ability to remember your dreams? It has for me, but I was just wondering if it is just me. Thanks!

sometimes I draw random pics for a few minutes, it gets me focused on detail and and relaxes and I find this can help sometimes to bring on a LD

Really Peter? I love drawing and sometimes I get so caught in the details I just become out of it... I'll definitely try that tonight to relax. :3

Post how you get on, drawing random stuff is a nice way to get relaxed and focused at the same time. If it is just a doodle on paper it tends to flow out without conscious thought and you may have a head start on the state for a WILD . I call drawing like this active meditation
