I have a question, this website has helped me in terms of knowledge but I've yet to succeed in achieving my true goal. This website talks from what I've been reading, more about what to do after 4-6 hours of dreaming and what not, but I ask you fellow dreamers, is there a routine that we need to do right before you go to bed and attempt to dream to achieve lucid dreaming? Like, is there some sort of routine or things we need to do before we try to lucid dream? If so, can anyone tell me?
Achieve the dreams, and apply the commitment in real life...
