I keep reading everywhere in this (wonderful!) website that trying to induce a lucid dream using the WILD technique works better after 4-5 hours of sleep, and in the afternoon. I tried after 4-5 hours of sleep with the binaural beats and I failed to accomplished anything. I haven't tried in the afternoon yet but I was wondering if it is possible to enter a lucid dream (using the WILD technique (!)) when I go to sleep at night, like at midnight.
