ok well, its a DEILD technique that requires waking up in the middle of REM sleep. When woken around 4-7 after you go to sleep you are suppose to alternate moving your index and middle finger EVER SO SLIGHTLY. So slightly to the point where you done see it move. this helps keep the mind away so when you fall back asleep you mind is woken while your body is asleep. People say that its the most effective technique and hardly fails.
