sometimes I draw random pics for a few minutes, it gets me focused on detail and and relaxes and I find this can help sometimes to bring on a LD
Post how you get on, drawing random stuff is a nice way to get relaxed and focused at the same time. If it is just a doodle on paper it tends to flow out without conscious thought and you may have a head start on the state for a WILD . I call drawing like this active meditation
