binaural beats....are they good for begining Lucid Dreaming?

I've been hearing a lot about binaural beats, and did some research on them as well. I'm wondering if it is good for beginning lucid dreamers. I tried a free version on it and it definitely had me relaxed within seconds though I feel a bit strange after stopping it. x3 I enjoyed it over all.

definitely man, it gets your brainwaves used to reaching a lucid state while being very relaxed :ugeek:
I recommend using Isochronic tones though..no headphones :geek:

They are good for meditation, and meditation is good for lucid dreaming. I use it and really enjoy it, even if i don't have a LD that night.
