Dreamless sleep

Postby ShadowStar889 » 30 Oct 2012 01:45

Last night, I didn't have any dreams at all. Not a single one. I woke in the middle of the night around early REM time for me and went back to sleep without even one dream. Its not that I don't remember the dreams, its just it was from blackness to blackness to blackness. Nothing. Ever since I started lucid dreaming, this has never happened. It really freaked me out so is it normal or not?
Three Laws of Emotion
1. People who are happy tend to stay happy unless acted on by an outside force.
2. Happiness = Optimism*Event
3. For every change in emotion a person feels, there is an unequal and opposite reaction in the people around them.

You dream every night. I believe this was proven scientifically by watching people sleeping every night.

With that said, you simply don't remember those dreams because you don't have the base level of awareness in order to experience them directly, hence you don't remember them.

It's like getting so drunk here in the physical that you end up losing awareness and you don't remember anything... yet, after the fact, your friends tell you that you were doing so many stupid things. :)
