it didnt work :( the whole being on a ride thing hasnt worked in general. its too slow and i wake up before i see anything interesting. another thing is i dont have anymore scary things in my lucid dreams. even if i look for it,, nothing! which i guess is good. alot changes the more actual lucid dream time you experience. whats worked a little better is riding on a dragon, which makes flying much easier, but it goes too fast sometimes.

I think you should explore. They key is to remember at all times that it's only in your mind, and nothing can hurt you. Also, if you expect the dream to be scary, it will be. You have to know and expect that you won't get hurt and that nothing too scary will happen. Summoning a guardian sounds like a good idea if you're seriously afraid. But just remember that no harm can be done to you if you don't want it to.

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.

okay so before u comment read this latest comment of mine. i no longer have any fear in my lucid dreams. even if i seek out something scary, nothing scares me. i cant even hurt myself. ive tried to feel pain. i feel something that my mind tells me is pain but it feels funny and nice even, in otherwords the pain doesnt hurt. and when i look for dark scary things to see what scares me, well, nothing, i guess at this point i understand when im dreaming that its just a dream and no real harm can come to me. all my lucid dreaming experience has made my whole lucid dreaming life totally different. i guess im becoming a bit of an oneironaut.

Well done, one of my goals was a simple one and it was to put my hands inside my head. I quite often put a finger into another hand but there was always some barrier to putting my hand in my head so I put both hands inside my head and ripped them around for a while. LOL - no damage that I am aware off.
Who are you I asked, the reply "dont be silly, we are your daughers" many years before they were born
