Lucid Dreaming and Happiness?

Postby Nocturnal » 08 Jul 2011 21:25

Last year, I discovered LDing, partly because I needed a way to escape the stress and pressures at the time. I was successful in having several LDs and keeping a tight DJ. Now, many stresses are gone, and I am more relaxed during the day, and as a result, am not as disciplined about trying to LD.

Regardless, I still have a strong desire to Lucid Dream. I am picking it up again.

Any thoughts?

well about the original topic of happiness, I do notice that right after awaking from a lucid dream, I am always extremely happy for the rest of the day, simply because I had a lucid dream, however this leads to frustration in the days afterwards when I desperately try to keep having more LD's but im still new to it all soo..
