Last night I didnt even remember any dreams atall, when I woke, the only way I can describe my feeling was "very aware" I didnt even understand what that meant..?
I am doing semi frequent reality checks, asking myself "am I dreaming?" and checking my hands, I am also reminding myself "I will lucid dream" and "I will remember my lucid dreams"
Any easy tips to keep it simple? I read lots on lucid dreaming daily and I get to a point where I can't take any more information and then I often forget basic information.
I am also copying good information I find online and keeping record of it online.
Here's a tip. If you happen to wake up in the morning without physical movement, try to separate from the physical body in a dream body immediately. Chances are that you will get up from your bed and find yourself in a dream environment. It can be that simple and without complicated techniques. The reason for this is that as you are waking up, your brain is already primed for the lucid state. Master this one simple and effective skill and you won't even need a method.
