Re: WILD Help

I think it will be a little differant for each person but for me when SP occurs I am on the verge of the dream state and still have normal consiousis awareness. Next I will feel my body "floating" out or parts trying to leave as the dream body forms. This is the next step after SP. If I get to the dream body, or a dream appears in front of me I form the thought or will myself to fly and the feeling of motion just starts. I will take more note next time but I ask for and get the flight. Same for seeing, I am normally in my room at the start of a WILD and also sometimes simply get up and charge at the wall and away I go.

Back to SP, just calmly lie there and think that this is the beginning of a LD and wait for it to pass

Who are you I asked, the reply "dont be silly, we are your daughers" many years before they were born
