Hi there. I'm new to lucid dreaming;I haven't begun to recall my dreams yet let alone lucid dreams since I'm having some problems sleeping. So I'm trying to improve the quality of my sleep first before moving on. I hope to use lucid dreaming to improve certain aspects of my life. This is a great site. Thank you :)

Hello there, welcome to the site :D!
First thing you wanna do is make a dream journal, and write every dream you have in detail....and about your sleeping problems, be sure to do some meditation to improve your LDing and sleeping quality.
"Saying 'I have 100$' is like saying 'I have 100 inches'. Inches of what? Ropes? Books? iPads? Money can be a means and a tool to get what you want. But remember, in a camping experience, money is only good for kindling and wiping your butt."
