Quickness

Postby Erica28 » 26 Feb 2013 10:22

What is the fastest way to lucid dream? I keep a dream journal and I was doing reality checks pretty frequent, but they get annoying. Any advice? Opinions? Send 'em this way.

I've done only reality checks and a dream journal so far. I started 15 days ago with it and i had 3 lucid dreams so far! Keep in mind when you do reality checks you have do it mindfully and when you write your dream down try to write so much as possible, You find some things that are completely unlogic. When you focus on it your logic centrum will be boosted a little bit. Tonight i had a lucid dream when i was really pissed off becouse i let someone down. I was with my hands in my hair panicing and looked in the mirror and was suddenly bald from one side! Suddenly i realised i was dreaming.

My tips:

1. Do reality checks MINDFULLY
2. Write so much as possible down and read it back b4 you are going to sleep.
3. Don't get frustrated !
4. HAVE FUN!

u r a lucky guy Dark wolf, 3 LD in 15 days... cool. and Erica28 keep practicing the LD, its worth every effort. there is no quickest way to have LD, there is an easy way to get LD, in my opinion the easy method is WBTB. i got my first LD with it. try it out let see. and dont need to hang around too long after waking up after 6 hours of sleep. if ur going to do WBTB get up, do ur reality check, and believe that u surely get ur LD. gud luck. :)

I know i am lucky But it is mostly becouse i say to meself b4 i go to sleep "i hope i get a lucid dream" 2 times and fall asleep. It really worked out for me. And a small question, Is 15 to 20 minutes in a 3th lucid dream long?

Thanks for your comment,

Howlong you felt you was in dreamland is reality. There are stories 'bout people who were months in dreamland for their feeling
