Recently I have been doing more and more reality checks than usual, and in some of my dreams, the checks are starting to somewhat appear, however I still feel that doing them while awake is very forced, and my question is, how long did it take you guys, to change your forced reality checks into habits/second nature. I never seem to really remember doing them in my dreams.
