Early 40s. started working on OBEs and later on LD and doing them about 10 years or so ago (cant remember exactly when.. some time ago.. was quite successful with all this stuff back then). Had a break from this stuff for a very long time due to very poor health which made me loose my ability to remember my dreams and messed up my brain wave states.

My EEGs are normal again now so im back to being able to do this stuff :D (thou having to work on it again.. and using a different technique to what I did previously)

I've been LDing all of my life ( I even remember some from when I was around 5 years old), but I never tried to induce them; they just happened reasonably regularly. I got into changing dreamscapes, and the situations etc on my own, but then got away from it; mainly due to the work world life. No time to indulge in my dream world. I started spontaneously LDing again after pursuing interests in Buddhism, Hinduism, yoga, and meditation. Then I looked it up on the internet, and was surprised to see that it was not everyone's experience with dreaming. Wow. Really?
The key to creativity is to remove the watchers from the gates, and realize how free you really are.
