Welcome Dreamer :D

What techniques are you practicing right now?
My top three (essentials) are keeping a dream journal, reality checks/ self awareness, and brainwave meditation.

Of course there are many, many more........

I just had another one last night, I met my spirit guide this is my second week of practicing Lucid Dreaming and I am a pretty fast learner, I don't really keep a journal but I keep memo's on my phone

That's pretty good for only practicing for two weeks!

You may want to decide to start keeping a journal. This can increase your dream recall. You may be having more lucid dreams and just forgetting them!
