Forgetting to write in dream log

Postby worldenterer » 24 Apr 2013 00:10

I used to remember dreams a lot but have slipped up this past year. Any ideas on how to get better at writing down stuff in the morn?
It needs to be about 20% cooler.

Make sure you always have whatever you write them in.. right by your bed ready to do so. Write in the date the night before for the next mornings dream, which will then encourage you more to then follow throu seeing the date is already there waiting for you to put in a dream.

oh sorry to hear that.. that really sucks then. Not being able to recall dreams must be the worst thing for a person who wants to have LDs.

Stick a note on a spot where you can easily spot it, or where you tend to look at when you wake up.
You have bought a ticket for a train of thought heading for your wildest dreams. Choose your destination, and enjoy the ride!

Start practicing early in the morning.

One thing I like to do is mentally be aware that I want to remember my dreams. When I wake up, sometines they are incredibly fuzzy and un-recallable, but I sit up and focus for an extended period of time until it returns. Sometimes it is gone gone, but sometimes I get lucky with the ones I thought would be hopeless. Once I recall the dream, I jot down notes on the hot topics of the dream, and fill in the gaps of the order they happened in. I tend to have amazing LDs that I could make into stories.
Good luck.

                BBCode is slightly dissapointing.
I can't play with it as much.
