Help with WILD?

Postby paapp2 » 26 Apr 2013 01:07

I'm trying to have my first wild. I use an app on my iphone that helps me get at least to a point where I'm seeing very intense hypnagogia, but then I have no idea what to do with that. I'm trying to use an OBE exit but when I try to imagine myself on a swing or rolling over nothing happens. I was wondering if anyone had any other strategies that could help me? I've read the article about WILDS on this website many times. It's been very helpful but I can't seem to get past my intense hypnagogia.

I think that musnt imagine, you must feel that you're getting out of your body.
I discovered Lucid Dream by watching the film Inception(2012)

This. Try to summon the feeling that you are swinging back and forth, or rolling over. Don't just visualise, add some feeling to it!
You have bought a ticket for a train of thought heading for your wildest dreams. Choose your destination, and enjoy the ride!

A common mistake which the other two have refered to, is imagining yourself doing that as like in a third party way instead of thinking of doing it yourself in the first person sense of things.

Were you doing your imagining in the third party kind of sense or the first?

You can also try moving yourself towards the hypnagogia.. till you can enter something.

Or just let your mind go and the hypnagogia flow until you are naturally in it.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
