I think its just a side affect of being a noob, i too have the same thing. If you are aware your dreaming you are aware your dreaming. It may be that you have perfect control but not good recall so you dont remember if you were controlling it. If you remember being aware, your LD.

With that said, I am asking if it is possible to dream that you are having a lucid dream, as in dreaming that you are aware that you are dreaming, without actually being aware that you are dreaming.


Yes that is also possible.
