Postby Edue98 » 26 Sep 2011 00:04

Im new here i am a 13 year old guy a time ago I was investigating about lucid dream, finally I got one but it was so short. I dreamed I was in a place made of just legos I realised I was in a dream and tried to become a giant and I did but then I woke up. What can I do to stay more time in the dream?
The interpretation of dreams is the royal road to a knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind. ~Sigmund Freud

I'd suggest spinning, rubbing your hands, and ask HOW CAN I GET LONGER DREAMS?

I personally do both of those things and they work well for me.

The rubbing the hands together thing is especially good because it roots your awareness into the "physical" sensations you're receiving while you're non-physical... it's like the reverse for why our physical senses keep us so well locked to this physical reality while we're awake. :)
