How to see hypnagogia

Hi guys i have been trying to get to hypnagogic state which is hearing sounds so i can do a wild but im not very Good at it I need advice so can anyone help me please

Well I count backwards from 100 then visualize what i want to do like flying or riding a bike i get to the point where i dont feel my bed and dont hear anything

Listening to Brainwave Entrainment mp3's tend to keep your mind focused. They help with me cos i tend to forget that i'm counting & i end up losing track in my thoughts :lol:

You should probably work on learning to control those "forget that I'm counting" moments.
Any moment you lose focus such as that is a moment you can potentially fall asleep... or just be generally unsuccessful.

I call those moments "mind interruptions"... and you want to decrease the frequency of those until you don't get them anymore. Ever. :)
