Sora: You shouldn't call them "ghosts". Sure something seemed a little off but I'm sure they're still my friends
xat.com/luciddreamers if anyone wants to use it
I've heard that nightmares can be used as an effective tool to become lucid. I must find out exactly how effective it is. My past nightmares have usually been more vivid and memorable than regular dreams, so I guess it could also be used as tool to increase dream recall faster than using normal dreams. Am I right on that?
I got a stress disorder from depression, and I'm constantly stressed, and thinking about everything that can go wrong. Haven't had nightmares like forever.
Except 15 min ago, but that came from a TV-show where a nuclear bomb fell.
However, I play a lot of games. And games I play 2+ hours a day usually become the theme of all the dreams that night.
I'd say if you are like me, watch horror movies, shows. Catch up on walking dead or something. Or if you're into games, try Amnesia: The Dark Descent if you haven't.
