G-TILD (Green Tea Induced Lucid Dreaming)

Postby deschainXIX » 14 Aug 2013 20:23

I enjoy drinking green tea for my sources of caffeine and general mental clarity in the mornings. I've also found that drinking green tea before going to bed majorly increases my chances of a lucid dream. That might have just been a coincidence, or it might have been the active chemical, L-theanine. Has anyone else used green tea to induce lucid dreams?

Is Ice Tea Green almost the same? :p

I remember before the lucid dream that caused me to learn more about lucid dreaming and joining this forum, I drank Ice Tea Green that day :o So you might be right if Ice Tea Green is the same as green tea

It is almost the same, but I think the neurochemicals are more potent in the tea bag versions. :D

...Well as skeptical as I am, I don't see the harm in testing it out. I'll get back to you on this.
Am I dreaming? Is this a dream?
The next time I am dreaming, I will realise that I am dreaming.

I too enjoy it and will share with you about Green energy drinks. I recently got it and found energetic effects. Have you ever tried these? What are your reviews. Is it really good? Thanks to suggest.
