WILD succeeded

Postby Je-Je » 30 Jul 2013 17:49

I have succeeded the WILD method it’s been 3 or 4 day ago. I didn’t have the time to write it because I’m actually not in my house for the moment, I’m spending my vacation somewhere else (top secret).

I woke up at 6h in the morning, I went on YouTube on my mobile to watch something, and after I decided to go back to sleep.

WILD: I woke off my bed and knew I was in a dream. A part of me was telling me to turn around to see my body sleeping and another part of me was telling no you could wake up by seeing your body. Then I decided to turn around and there was no body on the bed. I decided to go outside. I was watching closely the mountain and by watching them closely the mountains began to have pixels like videos games. Then I decided to fly. I run as fast as I could and jumps but keep falling down, I was saying how other lucid-dreamer did to fly. Then I decided to wake up but I didn’t succeed because I went in another dream and lost my lucidity.
I discovered Lucid Dream by watching the film Inception(2012)

cool! but where's the WILD in there? i mean, you start off by saying that you realized you were dreaming. this sounds like you were alseep, dreamt and then realized it - which is a MILD. or am i missing something here?

however, neat dream!
i wish you gained more control so that you would have been able to fly! :)

yeah, your right, it was not a Wild, cause i didnt go into a sleep paralysis. I just when to sleep and wake up in a dream directly.

I do WILDs and dont get any sleep paralysis with them at all. I often completely maintain my consciousness from awake into the sleep state. Im not sure why you think that those who do WILD necessarily have sleep paralysis.
